Responsibilities:
- Handle & respond to customer enquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Make cold calls & confidently present company services to potential clients.
- Use LinkedIn & social media to identify, connect & engage with prospects.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic & professional attitude in all customer interactions.
- Update & manage customer data, interactions & feedback accurately in the system.
- Resolve customer issues & requests promptly by following company processes.
- Share insights & customer feedback with relevant teams to improve our services.
- Deliver excellent service quality to achieve company goals & customer satisfaction targets.
- Analyze & solve problems quickly and accurately.
- Stay adaptable and resilient when handling change in a fast-moving environment.
- Follow up diligently on customer requests and maintain good relationships.
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills - both spoken and written.
- Confident, persuasive, and able to build rapport easily over the phone or online.
- Experience in telesales, customer service, or inside sales will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM systems, and social media networking tools.
- Problem-solver with a positive mindset and attention to detail.
- Team-player who can also work independently and meet targets.
